Under Mamon's advice I have a few different sites that I have manage hosted by this overseas company as its a cheaper way to do it.

The hosting server and support team are excellent in terms of cost-effectiveness.
You need basic level English to use the support service and to be familiar with internet operation (domains etc...)

The support is great and very quick
I stopped using it because I decided to up my site with a different service, not using WordPress.
Canceling the hosting was fast, courteous and problem free.

I've not long started designing my site. In the meanwhile I am very satisfied with the hosting. I hope the site will be active with many visitors and that the hosting will continue to run well.

I'm very impressed by the high standard and treatment.
Initially my membership got cancelled on the grounds of security because I used a foreign credit card. In truth this proved to me just how professional they are.
From the moment they thought something suspicious was happening they suspended progress immediately in order to protect their consumers.
When I contacted them they were very understanding, they responded quickly and resolved my issue.
