Very user-friendly and easy to operate.

I'm very impressed by the high standard and treatment.
Initially my membership got cancelled on the grounds of security because I used a foreign credit card. In truth this proved to me just how professional they are.
From the moment they thought something suspicious was happening they suspended progress immediately in order to protect their consumers.
When I contacted them they were very understanding, they responded quickly and resolved my issue.

Installing WordPress was easy and when I made an error the support team responded immediately and were amazing. The moment I uploaded pages, however, the speed slowed right down and there have been times I’ve had to wait more than 5 minutes to enter my site - which is still not live yet!... How’s it going to run when I do publish it??

This is a really amazing site and I highly recommend using it.
Everything was easy with the accompanying training provided by Uri. If I'd have tried this on my own I don't think I would've managed at all!

The process of purchasing, the hosting and installing the site were all easy and simple to understand.

לתמיכה נדרש אנגלית ברמה בסיסית, הכרת פעולת האינטרנט (דומיין, IP וכו'...) קצת יותר.
The hosting server and support team are excellent in terms of cost-effectiveness.
You need basic level English to use the support service and to be familiar with internet operation (domains etc...)

Everything was excellent and worked without fault, I put that down to the training I got from Uri.
