Your listing will be categorized into the appropriate MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM's category(ies) chosen by you (from categories provided by MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM). MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM reserves the right at any time to categorize or re-categorize any listings, as determined solely by MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM in its reasonable discretion. Incorrectly categorized Listings may be terminated.

You acknowledge and agree that MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM has the right, at any time and for any reason, to redesign or modify the organization, structure, specifications, "look and feel," navigation, guidelines, features and other elements of the Service and any section of the MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM site, including any pages on which your listing may be displayed or delivered, or linked to or from.

3.4 If you opted during the Service registration process or later on, to upgrade your Listing to a "Featured Listing," your listing will rotate among available Featured Listing inventory in the category(ies) chosen by you (from categories provided by MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM). Featured Listing may be unavailable for certain categories. Featured Listings may appear on the second or subsequent page of a user search, and no priority will be given to any Featured Listings placed within the Featured Listings inventory. Additionally, MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM does not guarantee that your Featured Listing will be presented to users in relation to a specific search keyword. For purposes of this TOS and the Guidelines, the term "Listing" includes Featured Listings.

3.5 You hereby grant to MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM, its affiliates and Entities a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, reformat, publicly display, publicly perform and electronically distribute your Listing or portions thereof (including any content, images, technology, trademarks, or other brand features contained therein) during the Term for the purposes of (a) displaying and promoting you and your Listing; and (b) providing features and functionality of MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM including but not limited to the right to incorporate your listings into a searchable database. MONEYONLINETESTIMONIALS.COM will have the right, but not the obligation, to review your Listing.
